摘要
以盆栽活血丹(Glechoma longituba)为试验材料,设置10个铅浓度,测定并分析铅胁迫期间活血丹叶片部分酶活性的变化,以此研究铅胁迫对活血丹的影响,并为在园林绿化中应用活血丹提供数据理论依据。结果表明,在铅胁迫过程中,活血丹叶片的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)以及多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性均呈先升高后下降的趋势,随着铅胁迫时间的延长和浓度的升高,活血丹激活其体内的抗氧化酶系统等一系列的酶对自身进行保护。研究结果表明,低于Pb800mg·kg^-1的铅污染,活血丹可以维持正常生长状态,高于Pb800mg·kg^-1的铅污染,活血丹生长受到抑制并表现出明显的铅毒害特征。
Seedlings of potted Glechoma longituba were used as experimental materials to study the effects of lead stress on some enzymes.Ten lead concentrations were set up to determine and analyze the changes of enzyme activities in the leaves during lead stress,so as to provide theoretical basis for the application of G.longituba in landscape greening.The results showed that the superoxide dismutase (SOD),peroxidase (POD),catalase (CAT),ascorbic acid peroxidase (APX),phenylalanine ammonia lyase (PAL) and polyphenol oxidase (PPO) in the leaves of G.longituba increased at first and then decreased during lead stress.With the prolongation of lead stress time and the increase of lead concentration,the activity of enzymes increased to protect themselves.The results showed that G.longituba could maintain normal growth for lead pollution lower than Pb 800 mg·kg^-1 ,and higher than this concentration,the growth would be inhibited.
