摘要 定子绕组固定结构技术,综合国际各先进电机制造公司和我公司在固定结构设计中的最佳设计方案,列举了高压交流电机VPI绝缘系统定子绕组槽内和端部的典型固定结构。在定子绕组端部固定方面着重提出了线圈斜边固定、层间固定、端箍固定与支撑,相内连接线、极间连接线及电机引接线电缆等固定方式和绑扎方法,以及采用的材料。 This paper introduces the structural technology of fixing stator windings. Combining the optimum design scheme in the fixed structure design by our company and various international advanced motor manufacturing companies, this paper lists the typical fixed structures of stator windings slots and end parts of high-voltage ac motor with VPI insulation system. In the aspect of fixing end part of stator windings, the fixation of coil bevel edge, the fixation of interlayer, the fixation and supporting of end hoop as well as the fixation and binding methods of interphase connecting wire, interpole connecting wire and lead cable of motor are emphasized. The adopted materials of them are introduced also.
