慢性阻塞性肺疾病已经成为与高血压、糖尿病「等量齐观」的最常见慢性疾病,构成我国重大疾病负担。慢性阻塞性肺疾病的肺气肿及气道、肺血管的变化在病理学改变和高分辨率CT影像学表现方面取得了突破,使我们能进一步认识慢性阻塞性肺疾病不同临床表型的本质,为制定个性化治疗提供新的思路。

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) has become the most common chronic disease with the same level of hypertension and diabetes, and constitutes a major disease burden in China. There has been significant progress of pathologic alterations and HRCT in COPD, including emphysematous changes, airway and vascular alterations.We review the alterations to identify various phenotypes of COPD and to develop personalized treatment.
