The determination method of multi elements in ambient air PM2.5 by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry

摘要 利用TE-6070VFC大流量采样器,滤膜法采集大气细颗粒物(PM2.5)样品,建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)检测大气PM2.5中多种元素的方法。样品用硝酸-氢氟酸-双氧水经微波消解后,以钪、锗、铟、铋作为内标元素,选择适当的待测元素同位素质量数,消除质谱干扰,确定最佳实验条件。结果表明,在0~500μg/L浓度范围内,线性相关系数R2≥0.999,方法检出限在0.02~0.08μg/L;加标回收率为86.31%~107.71%,精密度RSD在0.71%~3.84%。该方法具有检测线性范围宽,准确度、精密度良好,简单快速的特点,可应用于大气PM2.5中多种元素的同时测定。 The sample of PM2.5 was collected with glass fiber filter by large flow airs ampler and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) method for the determination of multi elements in PM2.5 was established. The sample was extracted by microwave with HNO3-HF-H2O2, and then ICP-MS technique was used for determining the elements. Sc, Ge, In and Bi were selected as internal standard elements to correct the mass spectrometry interference by proper isotopes of the determined elements, and the optimum determination conditions were tested and confirmed. The results show that the linear correlation coefficient (R2)≥0.999 in the concentration range of 0-500 μg/L. The limits of detection(LODs) of each element were within 0.02-0.08 μg/L. The accuracy was evaluated by standard recovery test on sample, and good recovery rates(86.31%- 107.71%) with precision(0.71%- 3.84%) were achieved. This method has the characteristics of wide linear range, good linearity, accuracy and percision, simplicity and rapidity, which is suitable for the determination of multi elements in PM2.5 simultaneously.
