摘要
miRNA是一类长度为18~24个核苷酸的单链RNA分子,通过与其靶基因3'-UTR区结合,在转录后水平调控基因的表达,进而参与调控细胞的生长、分化等多个过程。miRNA与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。近年来,研究表明miRNA在宫颈癌中的异常表达具有特异性和稳定性,可作为宫颈癌诊断的分子标志物。本文就miRNA在宫颈癌中的作用及其机制做一综述。
miRNAs are a class of single-stranded non-coding RNAs of 18-24 nucleotides in length, functioning as negative regulators of gene expression at the post-transcriptional level by binding the 3′-UTR of target genes. The dysregulation of miRNAs has been demonstrated to play critical roles in the occurrence and development of tumor. Recent studies have shown that miRNAs may be associated with cervical cancer pathogenesis, and may be potential novel molecular markers for the diagnosis of cervical cancer. This article reviews the relationship between miRNAs and cervical cancer and its pathogenesis.
