水分管理对鄱阳湖南矶山土壤硒形态及藜蒿硒吸收的影响 被引量:2

Effects of soil moisture management on soil selenium forms and selenium-uptake of Artemisia Selengensis Turcz in Nanjishan of Poyang Lake

摘要 以鄱阳湖南矶山土壤及其上生长藜蒿为试材,在实验室条件下利用盆栽实验探讨了水分管理对土壤硒的形态分布及其上藜蒿硒吸收的影响。结果表明,藜蒿硒吸收量与水分含量呈负相关,与土壤有效态硒含量呈正相关:湿培组土壤有效态硒含量最低,藜蒿硒吸收量仅有74.73μg·kg^-1;旱培组土壤有效态硒含量最高,藜蒿硒吸收量可达171.43μg·kg^-1;交培组藜蒿硒吸收量波动与土壤有效态硒一致,表现为先降后增。本实验研究表明,旱湿交替促进藜蒿富硒的同时可保证其正常生长,是富硒藜蒿生产的最佳水分条件。 Pot experiments with soil in Nanjishan of Poyang Lake were conducted to investigate the effects of moisture condition on selenium forms in soil and selenium accumulation in Artemisia Selengensis Turcz.The results showed that the selenium absorption of Artemisia Selengensis Turcz was negatively correlated with water content while positively correlated with soil available selenium content.The available selenium content in the wet soil was the lowest,and the selenium absorption amount of Artemisia Selengensis Turcz was only 74.73 μg·kg^-1.The available selenium content in dry soil was the highest,and the selenium absorption of Artemisia Selengensis Turcz was 171.43 μg·kg^-1.The fluctuation of selenium-absorption of Artemisia Selengensis Turcz under alternation of wet and dry water environment was consistent with that of soil available selenium,which decreased first and then increased.These results showed that the alternation of wet and dry water environment culture can improve the selenium-enriching ability of Artemisia Selengensis Turcz at a certain level,and ensure the normal growth of Artemisia Selengensis Turcz.These results showed that the alternation of wet and dry water environment culture can improve the selenium-enriching ability of Artemisia Selengensis Turcz at a certain level,and ensure the normal growth of Artemisia Selengensis Turcz.
