中国古代书院德育人际环境及其当代启示 被引量:4

摘要 在古代书院,教师注重修身、勤奋敬业、关爱学生,充当道德表率。在教学中师生之间进行民主讨论,并经常请不同学派的学者前来讲学。生徒在学习上相互为师,在生活上互相关心,部分优秀生徒还参与书院管理。这些都促进了书院和谐人际关系的形成,构建了良好的德育人际环境,能为当前高校德育效果的增强提供借鉴。教师应注重师德,敬业爱生;在教学中应发扬民主,师生互动;学生应自主管理,构建和谐的生际关系。 In the ancient academy,teachers who served as the moral example,paid attention to cultivate one's morality,were diligent and cared of students.During the teaching process,teachers and students often had democratic discussion and scholars from different schools were invited to give lectures by academy.Students could learn from each others in the study and cared for each others in the daily life.Some excellent students also could participate in the college management.All of these would contribute to the formation of harmonious interpersonal relationship in the ancient academy and would build a good interpersonal environment of moral education,which could provide reference for the effect of moral education in current school.Teachers should pay attention to ethics,dedication and love.Democracy and interaction between teachers and students should be promoted in teaching.Students should manage independently to build a harmonious intercollegiate relationship.
