高校建构创新型创业育人新体系是主动适应新时代高等教育发展的历史选择,是提升高校育人质量的有效举措,是培养担当民族复兴大任时代新人的重要行动。随着高校创新创业教育进入深水区,提升创新创业教育水平,提高创新型创业人才培养质量已经迫在眉睫。以社会小生境理论为指导,通过丰富创新创业课程体系建设,开展科研反哺创新创业教育工程,构筑"三全育人"全新人才培养模式,规范制度保障等方式,全面建构创新型创业人才培养新体系。

Constructing a new system of innovation-oriented entrepreneurship education in universities is a historical choice to actively adapt to the development of higher education in the new era.It is not only an effective measure to improve the quality of education in universities,but also an important action to train newcomers in the era of national rejuvenation.With the innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities going into the deep water area,it seems to be extremely urgent to raise the level of innovation and entrepreneurship education and improve the quality of training innovative entrepreneurial talents.Guided by the theory of social niche,through the construction of enriching the innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system,carrying out scientific research and anti-feeding innovation and entrepreneurship education project,building a new talent-training-model of education people by three ways,standardizing system guarantee,etc..The new system of training innovative and entrepreneurial talents will be fully established.
