南北盘江流域区域差异与协调发展研究

Study on Regional Differences and Coordinated Development in the North and South Panjiang River Basin

南北盘江流域各个区域并不是孤立存在的,而是彼此之间蕴含着各种各样的联系,只有融入更大区域范围内,通过竞争、比较、学习和联系来全面认识本区域的优势和不足,才能为本区域发展准确定位,制定合理的区域政策。本文根据南北盘江流域实际情况,设计相应的评价指标体系,根据计算得到的该流域沿线各州市生产、生活、生态状况的综合得分,将各区域发展水平进行分类,并深入挖掘各区域的优势,找出其在南北盘江流域中的发展定位,以期实现合理的区域分工,促进南北盘江流域区域协作与经济发展。

The various regions of North and south Panjiang river basin do not exist in isolation,but there are various connections between them.Only by integrating into a larger region,they can be utilized to accurately positioning and make appropriate plan for the regional development through competition,comparison,learning,and connection to understand the advantages and disadvantages of this region.Based on the actual situation of the Panjiang River basin in the north and the south,this paper designs the corresponding evaluation index system,calculates comprehensive scores of production,living and ecological conditions of the cities along the river basin,classifies the development level of each region,and deeply explores the advantages of each region and their positions in order to achieve a reasonable regional division of labor and promote regional cooperation and economic development in the Panjiang River Basin.
