摘要
介绍了空冷电机气动噪声的来源、测量方法以及工程上常用的气动噪声控制措施。以某空冷电机为例,采用CFD方法对外风路的稳态流场、瞬态流场以及声场进行了数值分析,将计算结果通过试验进行验证。这对自通风型空冷电机的气动噪声分析具有一定的参考意义。
The source of aerodynamic noise of air-cooled motor,the measurement method and the commonly used aerodynamic noise control measures in engineering were introduced.Taking an air-cooled motor as an example,the steady-state flow field,the transient flow field and the sound field in the external wind path were numerically analyzed by CFD method,and the calculation results were verified by experiments.The reference significance for the aerodynamic noise analysis of self-ventilated air-cooled motor was prorided.
