Research on Risk Sharing of Expressway PPP Project Based on Game Theory

文章基于博弈论,针对公路项目特点,建立PPP模式下的高速公路风险分担博弈模型,研究高速公路项目中政府部门与社会资本方之间的风险分担问题,确定了双方针对不同风险的统一风险分担比例计算公式,并利用此模型计算分析某高速公路PPP项目风险分担份额,为今后高速公路PPP项目风险管理提供参考。

Based on game theory,this article establishes an expressway risk sharing game model under the PPP mode regarding the characteristics of highway projects,studies the risk sharing between the government departments and social capital parties of expressway projects,and determines the unified risk sharing proportion calculating formula of different risks for both parties,and then uses this model to calculate and analyze the risk sharing proportion of an expressway PPP project,which can provide reference for the risk management of expressway PPP projects in the future.
