摘要
公路工程施工条件复杂,不可控因素较多,给质量检测管理工作带来了挑战。如何控制工程质量数据的准确性、真实性,是公路工程检测人员必须面临的问题。而实践证明用程序文件指导具体的检测活动能规避许多检测过程中不确定的因素。文章从程序文件的基本要求出发,总结影响检测结果准确性的影响因素,结合机构的实际情况案例,分析机构程序文件制定的思路和方法,为各机构面向不同实施对象程序文件的制定奠定基础。
The highway engineering has complex construction conditions and more uncontrollable factors,which bring challenges to quality inspection management work.How to control the accuracy and authenticity of engineering quality data is a problem that must be faced by all highway engineering inspectors;and practice has proved that using the procedural files to guide specific testing activities can avoid many uncertain factors in the testing process.Starting from the basic requirements of procedural documents,this article summarizes the factors affecting the accuracy of detection results,then,combining the actual situation of the organization,it analyzes the thoughts and methods for developing the organization's procedural files,thus laying the foundation for the development of procedural files for different implementation objects.
