风电机组变桨用铅酸蓄电池更换周期调整策略 被引量:6

A replacement cycle adjustment strategy for lead-acid batteries used in wind turbine pitch system

摘要 首先对各风电场到期替换下的变桨用铅酸蓄电池进行了容量测试,指出了现有更换标准的不足。然后从现有的蓄电池更换标准出发制定了新的蓄电池更换容量标准,进而通过对影响蓄电池使用寿命的几个因素的分析,确定了运行温度是影响铅酸蓄电池使用寿命的主要因素。最后依据温度与寿命关系曲线以及机组历史运行温度数据,采用寿命折算的方法计算出了实际运行温度下蓄电池新的更换周期。 First, capacity tests of variable lead-acid batteries which replaced by the expiration of each wind farm was carried out, and the shortcomings of existing replacement standards was pointed out. Then, a new battery replacement capacity standard was developed based on the existing battery replacement standards. Furthermore, by means of the analysis of several factors affecting the service life of the battery, it is determined that the operating temperature is the main factor affecting the service life of the lead-acid battery. Finally, based on the relationship between temperature and life and the historical operating temperature data of the wind turbine, the life conversion method is adopted to calculate the new replacement cycle of the battery under the actual operating temperature.
