摘要
以北京市某安置房项目为例,分析了装配式住宅工程产业化施工原理、准备事项,介绍了其施工中的关键技术,例如模架支设、预制板的安装、叠合板夹缝处理、钢筋绑扎、机电管线埋设及混凝土的浇筑、预制楼梯安装。可为类似住宅工程产业化施工提供经验和参考。
A resettlement house project in Beijing was used as an example, and the industrialization construction principles and preparations of the prefabricated residential engineering were analyzed, and the key technologies in the construction such as mold frame support, prefabricated plate installation, laminated plate quilting treatment, steel bar lashing, electromechanical pipeline burying and concrete pouring, and prefabricated stair installationare were introduced, which can provide experience and reference for similar residential engineering industrialization construction.
