大学生思想政治教育中的组织感染性:属性、功能与发生机制

Organizational Edification in College Students’ Ideological and Political Education: Attribute,Function and Mechanism of Occurrence

研究思想政治教育中的感染性,是提升高校思想政治工作亲和力和针对性,增强思想政治教育吸引力和感染力的重要理论命题和迫切实践要求。大学生组织感染性是在思想政治教育的过程中,大学生个体在相对无意识的心理状态下,被组织所传递的某种观念、情绪、信息、行为瞬间激发或长期影响,导致组织个体或个体之间产生连锁性感受反应并引起情感共鸣,最终改变个体思想或行为的过程。大学生组织感染性具有淡化个体逆反、催化个体接受、塑化个体人格、强化个体自育等功能,其发生机制包括触动前提、激发条件、接受过程、矢量效果和"客主"转化等五个方面。

In the process of ideological and political education,the organizational edification of college students is to say that individual students are instantly stimulated or influenced in a long term by certain ideas,emotions,information and behaviors conveyed by the organization when they are under the relatively unconscious state of mind. In this way,organizational individuals or individuals could have a chain reaction and resonate with one another,and ultimately the individual’s thoughts or behavior would be changed.Organizational edification of college students has the functions of diluting individual rebellion,catalyzing individual acceptance,plasticizing individual personality,and strengthening individual self-education. Its mechanism of occurrence includes five aspects:triggering premise,stimulating condition,accepting process,vector effect and"subject-object"transformation.
