摘要
要增强学生对思政课的认同感和获得感,提升高校思政课教学的实效性,就必须要了解授课对象,只有了解他、认识他,才能理解他,进而融入他、引导他,将他们培养成社会主义的合格建设者和可靠接班人。文章通过对南昌职业学院“五个他”思政课教学模式的探索和实践表明,该教学模式对高校建构“大思政”工作格局,实现高校思政课教学的良性生态圈等具有重要的借鉴意义。
In order to enhance students' sense of recognition and acquisition in ideological and political courses, and improve the effectiveness of ideological and political teaching in colleges and universities, we must know our teaching objects. Only by acquainting him and knowing him, we could understand him, integrate into him and guide him, and then train him to be a qualified builder and reliable successor of socialism. The exploration and practice of the teaching mode of the "Five He" ideological and political courses in Nanchang Vocational College show that this teaching model is of great significance to the construction of "great ideological and political" work pattern in colleges and universities and the realization of the benign ecological circle of ideological and political teaching in colleges and universities.
