摘要
文章主要研究有机改性剂聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵对凹凸棒土的改性过程,最佳的改性条件是:对15g凹凸棒土进行有机改性,有机改性剂浓度15g/L;改性时间2h;吸附时间40min。文章对有机改性后的凹凸棒土进行改性,实验结果表明:改性凹凸棒土、活性炭、4A沸石分子筛和磷酸三钠在一定条件下改性后的凹凸棒土,其吸附能力最佳。并对五种样品的BET、XRD、红外光谱和热重分析进行了测试。
In this paper, the modification process of attapulgite by organic modifier polydimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride is studied, and the best modification conditions are: organic modifier concentration 15g/L;modification time 2h;adsorption time 40min for 15g attapulgite organic modification. In this paper, the modified attapulgite is further modified, and the experimental results show that mixed modification of modified attapulgite, activated carbon, 4A zeolite molecular sieve and trisodium phosphat has the best adsorption capacity. BET, XRD, IR and thermogravimetric analysis of five samples are also tested.
