摘要
文章针对现有教师教学的评价考核体系和制度规范上存在的不足,在全面教学诊改背景下,提出在“教”的基础上,以“学”为核心,科学设计教师教学评价体系,以充分激化各层次教师的教学积极性,最大限度的提升教学质量和人才培养质量,促进师生共同发展。
This article aims at the existing teachers' teaching evaluation and evaluation system and system norms existing deficiencies ,in the context of comprehensive teaching reform, it is proposed to take "learning" as the core on the basis of "teaching",scientific design of teacher teaching evaluation system, in order to fully stimulate the teaching enthusiasm of teachers at all levels, maximize the quality of teaching and talent training quality, promote the common development of teachers and students.
