热分解法制备纳米氧化锌及其工业分析方法的建立研究

摘要 以碳酸氢铵为沉淀剂,硝酸锌为锌源,采用高温热分解法制备纳米氧化锌。通过精准控制煅烧温度,研究了纳米氧化锌晶粒的生长动力学,建立了纳米氧化锌评定指标及其工业分析方法。研究结果表明,前驱体碱式碳酸锌煅烧最佳温度为600℃,在200~600℃范围内纳米氧化锌晶粒尺寸与煅烧温度符合指数方程关系,建立了7项纳米氧化锌评价指标及其工业分析方法。 By thermal decomposition process, nano-zinc oxide was prepared with zinc nitrate and ammonium hydrogen carbonate.With the calcination temperature precisely controlled, the growth kinetics of nano-zinc oxide grains was studied;the evaluation index of nano-zinc oxide and its industrial analytical methods were established.It was found that the optimum temperature for calcination of precursor basic zinc carbonate was at 600 ℃.The growth kinetics of nano-zinc oxide and calcination temperature were in accordance with the exponential equation at 200~600 ℃.Seven evaluation indexes of nano-zinc oxide and its industrial analytical methods were established.
