历史文化街区街巷活力复兴策略研究——以广州市恩宁路历史文化街区为例

Study on the Strategy of Vigorous Renaissance of Historical and Cultural Blocks

历史文化街区是历史沿革、地方特色与社会交往的关键场所,因城市粗放式改造,历史街区风貌形态被损,内部空间环境与服务配置亟须改善。而街巷是居民日常活动、交流情感的承载空间,更加承担着"保护"与"发展"的重要使命。文章以广州市历史街区现状问题为实例,探讨保护街区更新原则及要素,从构建街区活力的角度出发针对问题提出更新意向,并探究更新策略,旨在为其他历史街区活化策略提供一些理论方法与实践经验。

Historical and cultural blocks is very important to urban culture, local characteristics and social interaction. Due to the large-scale construction of the city, the historical appearance of the block has been damaged, and the space environment and facilities configuration of the block need to be updated. The community in the historical block is the carrying space for the residents' life experience and neighborhood communication, and bears the important mission of "protection" and "development". This paper takes the status quo of the historical districts in Guangzhou as a case study, discusses the principles and elements of the protection of residential blocks, proposes the update intention from the perspective of building the vitality of the neighborhood, and explores the update strategy, aiming to provide some theoretical methods and practical experience for other historical neighborhood activation strategies.
