真诚型领导对酒店员工工作繁荣的影响研究——正面心理资本的中介作用 被引量:1

The Impact of Authentic Leadership on Hotel Employees’ Thriving at Work: the Mediating Role of Positive Psychological Capital

摘要 员工工作繁荣近年来已经逐渐成为学术界与管理实践界关注的热点。作者在深圳、长沙、三亚等地8家五星级酒店收集数据,探讨管理人员的真诚型领导风格对员工工作繁荣的影响。数据分析结果表明,酒店管理人员的真诚型领导风格既会直接影响员工的工作繁荣,又会通过员工的正面心理资本,间接影响员工的工作繁荣。 In recent years employees' thriving at work has gradually become a hot topic which has been paid great attention by scholars and practioners in the field of business management. The authors conducted an empirical study in 8 five-star hotels at Shenzhen, Changsha and Sanya city to examine the impact of authentic leadership on employees' thriving at work. The data analysis results indicated that authentic leadership had a significant positive impact on the employees' thriving at work and employees' positive psychological capital mediated the relationship between authentic leadership and employees' thriving at work.
