摘要
为了进一步强化师范生的教育实践能力,更好地满足地方基础教育对教师培养的需求,黄冈师范学院作为地方师范院校的代表,在教师教育改革过程中通过采用教育“临床”理念,确立基于实践取向的培养目标,强调乐教施教的选拔机制,设置“四段”教育“临床”实践课程以及构建“四阶段”梯度递进的“四能力”评价体系等措施,创新教师教育人才培养模式,提升师范生的师德修养和教育教学能力。
In order to strengthen the educational practice ability of normal university students and meet the needs of local basic education for teacher training better, as a representative of local normal university, HuangGang Normal University adopts the concept of "Clinical Education" in the process of teacher education reform to establish a training goal based on practice orientation. It emphasizes selecting mechanism of Enthusiasm for education, establishing the "Clinical" practice courses of "Four-segment" education, constructing a "four-ability" evaluation system with a "four-stage" gradient, and other measures to innovate the training model for teachers to promote the normal students' moral cultivation and teaching ability.
