摘要
在抽水蓄能电站中,竖井众多,有引水、尾水事故闸门井、引水高压竖井、出线竖井、排风竖井等,由于每个竖井结构尺寸、地质条件以及工期要求等因素各不相同,其施工要求和难度也不一样,而导井的开挖也至关重要。对比目前水电行业竖井导井开挖常用的方法,山东沂蒙抽水蓄能电站工程根据各竖井特点及综合考虑安全和工期等因素,选用反井钻机法进行竖井导井施工,在工期、安全和质量上均取得良好效果。特别是1#、2#引水高压竖井井高380.00 m,实际采用TDX-50型定向钻机和BMC600型反井钻机开挖导井一次成型,且导井偏斜率1.2‰和2.9‰,远低于规范要求。
In pumped storage power station,there are many kinds of shafts,such as diversion,tailwater accident gate,diversion high-pressure shaft,outlet shaft,exhaust shaft,etc. As the structure size,geological conditions and time limit of each shaft are different,the construction requirements and difficulties are varied,in which the excavation of guide shaft is very important. Comparing the frequently used methods for pilot shaft evacuation in the water sector,this project adopted the raise boring machine method,after considering the characteristics,safety and construction period of various methods. Good results have been achieved in terms of time,safety and quality. Especially for the 1# and 2# water diversion high-pressure shaft with a height of 380.00 m,the TDX-50 Directional Drilling Machine 和 BMC600 Raise Boring Machine were used for one-step molding and the skewness of 1.2‰ and 2.9‰ are far below the standard requirements.
