西藏配电网智能路径规划方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 藏中电力联网工程建成投运为西藏清洁能源的开发与外送创造了有利条件,而传统电力输送路径规划方法较少考虑清洁能源接入的影响。为此,将人工智能思想融入配电网路径规划模型,计及风能、太阳能2类清洁能源接入,研究以路径建设成本及运维费用最小化为目标的路径规划优化问题。提出了精英蚂蚁策略以改进传统蚁群算法,并采用网架结构与路径规划迭代优化的策略解决配电网规划中的非凸问题。根据地理信息系统的数据进行仿真计算,结果表明:计及清洁能源接入的精英蚂蚁群体算法实现了线路架设投资成本和运维费用最小化的目标,其收敛速度相比传统蚁群算法有较大提升。 Completion and operation of the central Tibet power networking project has created advantages for development and delivery of clean energy in Tibet,while traditional electric power transmission path planning method seldom considers impact of clean energy access.Therefore,the idea of artificial intelligence(AI)is integrated into the distribution network path planning model and access of two kinds of clean energy including wind power and solar energy is taken into consideration for studying a problem of path planning optimization aiming at minimizing the cost of path construction and maintenance cost.Meanwhile,the elite ant strategy is proposed to improve traditional ant colony algorithm and a strategy of iterative optimization on grid frame structure and path planning is used to solve the non-convex problem in distribution network planning.Simulation is carried out according to data of the geographic information system(GIS)and the result indicates that the elite ant colony algorithm considering clean energy access has realized the target of minimizing investment and maintenance costs and convergence speed of this algorithm is greatly improved compared with traditional ant colony algorithm.
