摘要 为研究激光衍射法应用于石灰石粉粒度分析的可行性,以过筛率和中位直径(D50)为评价指标,采用激光粒度分析仪研究了读数时间、超声分散和遮光度对石灰石粉粒度检测结果的影响,并通过与负压筛析法比较和精密度试验对激光衍射法应用于石灰石粒度分析结果进行评价。结果表明:激光衍射法分析石灰石粉粒度的最佳条件为读数时间1min、不采用超声处理、遮光度范围10%~20%,与负压筛析法相比,该方法一致性较好,测量精密度良好,适用于石灰石粉粒度分析。 In order to study the feasibility of particle size analysis of limestone powder through laser diffraction method,screening rate and median diameter(D50)are used as evaluation indexes and the influence of reading time,ultrasonic dispersion and shading range on particle size detection of limestone powder is studied by laser particle size analyzer;besides,through comparing with the negative pressure sieve analysis method and the precision test,the feasibility of applying the laser diffraction method to the limestone powder size is verified.The result shows that the optimal condition of particle size analysis of limestone powder is as follows:the reading time of 1 min,ultrasonic absent treatment and shading range of 10%~20%.Compared with negative pressure sieve analysis,the method is advantageous in consistency and high measurement precision and therefore is suitable for particle size analysis of limestone powder.
