摘要
宾金特高压直流控制保护系统采用HCM3000硬件平台,直流保护系统同时配置了硬件三取二装置和软件三取二逻辑,正常情况下保护动作优先通过硬件三取二装置输出。针对软件三取二逻辑有效时,存在阀组保护与极保护的部分保护功能无法出口的问题,通过对直流输电系统的影响进行深入分析可知,当前设计存在导致设备故障和直流闭锁的隐患。在目前设计原理的基础上,提出了修改硬件配置和软件功能的解决措施,为现场的实际应用提供借鉴和参考。
Yibin-Jinhua UHVDC control and protection system adopts HCM3000 hardware platform.The DC protection system is equipped with two-out-of-three hardware device and software logic at the same time.Normally protective actions are preferred to exit through two-out-of-three hardware device.In view of exiting failure in some protection functions of converter protection and pole protection in the case of active two-out-of-three software logic,the paper analyzes the impact of DC transmission system and concludes that there are some potential hazards in existing design that result in device failure and DC block.Based on the current design principles,the solutions to modify the hardware configuration and software functions are put forward,which can provide a reference for the practical field application.
