摘要
为选育出适应性强、生长速度快的优良家系,从德国引进42个欧洲白蜡家系的种子,在小陇山开展苗期对比试验。结果表明:欧洲白蜡苗期生长正常,苗木萌动后抗寒力最强的家系是2、22、26、33、36、40号家系。2年生苗木高生长差异显著,其中33、17、22、28、36、41号高于总体平均值10%以上;初步确定2年生欧洲白蜡优良家系为22、33、36号。
In order to make full use of the characteristics of growth and stress resistance of the Fraxinus excellent families with strong adaptability and fast growth rate were selected, and excellent materials were provided for the construction of ecological public welfare forest. We introduced seeds from 42 Fraxinus excelsior families from Germany to carry out seedling contrast experiments on cold resistance, growth and adaptability among families. The results showed that the phenological observation of Fraxinus excelsior seedlings grew normally and adapted to the climatic conditions of Xiaolongshan. The families with the strongest cold resistance after seedling germination were 2, 22, 26, 33, 36 and 40 families.There were significant differences in seedling height growth among different families, among which 33 families were 15.4%, 17 families were 12.5%, 22 families were 12.1%, 28 families were 11.3%, 36 families were 11.1% and 41 families were 10.2% higher than the general average. The excellent families of European white wax are 22, 33 and 36.
