自我超越思维架构下的护理策略对鼻咽癌患者希望水平、自我效能和疾病接受度的影响

The Effect of Nursing Strategy on Hope Level,Self-efficacy and Disease Acceptance of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Patients under the Self-transcendental Thinking Framework

目的探讨自我超越思维架构下的护理策略对鼻咽癌患者希望水平、自我效能和疾病接受度的影响,以改善其生活质量。方法便利抽样选取2015年9月至2018年6月泉州市第一医院耳鼻喉科收治的104例鼻咽癌患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各52例。对照组实施传统护理干预。观察组在传统护理干预的基础上引入自我超越思维架构下的护理策略。比较两组患者在干预前和干预后第4周末的希望水平、自我效能、自我超越评分,以及对疾病的接受程度。结果干预后,观察组患者对疾病的希望水平评分、自我效能、自我超越评分,以及对疾病的接受程度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论自我超越思维架构下的护理策略能明显提高鼻咽癌患者希望水平和自我效能,有利于其自觉践行超越自我原有意识的行为方式,提高其对自身病情的接受度,进而改善其生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing strategies under the framework of self-transcendence thinking on hope level,self-efficacy and disease acceptance of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients,so as to improve their quality of life.Methods By convenience sampling method,104 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were treated in our hospital from September 2015 to June 2018.They were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was given a traditional nursing intervention.On the basis of traditional nursing intervention,the observation group was introduced nursing strategies under the framework of self-transcendence thinking.The hope level,self-efficacy,self-transcendence score and the acceptance of the disease were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention at the 4th weekend.Results After the intervention,the hope level,self-efficacy,self-transcendence score and the acceptance of the disease in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P <0.05).Conclusions Nursing strategies under the framework of self-transcendence thinking can significantly improve the hope level and self-efficacy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients.It helps them to consciously practice the behavior beyond their original consciousness,and improves their acceptance of their own conditions,thus,improves their quality of life.
