护士非注意盲视现状及其影响因素

The Status and Influencing Factors of Nurses’ Non-attention Blindness

目的调查护士非注意盲视现状并探讨其影响因素,为管理者探索及实施护士非注意盲视管理策略提供参考。方法采取便利抽样法对贵州省41家二级、三级医院共190名护士进行调查,内容包括一般情况、护士非注意盲视状况以及相关内容。结果单因素分析结果显示:年龄、婚姻状况、职称、聘用方式、工作年限会影响护士非注意盲视(P<0.05)。多元逐步回归分析显示:婚姻状况、职称是影响护士非注意盲视的主要预测因素(R2=0.109;F=11.412;P=0.000)。结论应充分结合护士年龄、婚姻状况、职称、聘用方式、工作年限等个体实际情况调整管理策略,重点关注婚姻状况、职称对护士非注意盲视的影响。

Objective To investigate nurses’ non-attention blindness and its influencing factors,so as to provide references for managers to explore and implement strategies of nurses’ non-attention blindness management.Methods By convenience sampling methods,190 nurses from forty-one hospitals were investigated with initial information and non-attention blindness conditions.Results The single factor analysis showed that age,marital status,job title,human resource,years of professional work influenced nurses’ non-attention blindness(P<0.05).The multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that marital status,job title were the main predictors of nurses’ non-attention blindness(R^2=0.109;F=11.412;P=0.000).Conclusions The management strategy should be adjusted according to the actual situation of nurses,such as age,marital status,professional title,employment mode,and working years.Emphasis should be laid on the influence of marital status and professional title on nurses’ non-attention blindness.
