摘要
研究不同量Fe掺杂催化剂FexMn1-xTi10(x=0.1~0.3)选择催化还原NO活性的影响。研究结果发现:在150~360℃,催化剂Fe0.2Mn0.8Ti10具有优异的NH3-SCR活性,其NO转化率超过97%,N2选择性高于92%。同时,在240℃时,催化剂Fe0.2Mn0.8Ti10具有优异的抗硫和抗水性。催化剂Fe0.2Mn0.8Ti10具有工业化应用前景。
The influence of different amounts of Fe-doped catalystes Fe xMn1-x Ti10 (x = 0.1~0.3)on the catalytic reduction of NO were studied. It was found that the catalyst Fe 0.2 Mn 0.8 Ti10 had excellent NH 3-SCR activity during150~360 ℃, with NO conversion rate over 97% and N2 selectivity higher than 92%. Meanwhile, at240 ℃, the catalyst Fe 0.2 Mn 0.8 Ti10 has excellent resistance to sulfur and water.Therefore, catalyst Fe 0.2 Mn 0.8 Ti10 has the prospect of industrial application.
