摘要
植物鞣质是一类重要的天然活性物质,其在石油、矿业、建材、化工、纺织、食品、医药、农林等领域已得到广泛应用。法国墨红玫瑰是一种可食用玫瑰花品种。对比了溶剂浸提、超声波辅助提取和超临界CO2提取3种不同提取方法的提取率,最终得到溶剂浸提法提取率20.344mg/g,超声波辅助提取法提取率为23.72mg/g,超临界CO2提取法提取率为44.838mg/g。确定了超临界CO2萃取法提取工艺为玫瑰花粉碎粒度40目,萃取压力30MPa,萃取温度60℃,萃取时间60min,分离温度40℃,分离压力8MPa,夹带剂乙醇体积分数50%,流速15mL/min,乙醇用量3mL/g。
Vegetable tannins is a kind of natural active substance. It is widely applied in petroleum,mining industry,building materials,chemical industry,textile industry,foods,medicine and agriculture. France ink red rose is a kind of edible rose. This reserch analyzed the extraction rate of rose tannins by three different kinds of methods-they were solvent extraction method,ultrasonic assisted extraction method and supercritical CO2 extraction method. Finally the extraction rate was 20.344 mg/g by solvent extraction method,23.72 mg/g by ultrasonic assisted extraction method and 44.838 mg/g by supercritical CO2 extraction method. It confirms that the supercritical CO2 extraction process was:the crushing grain size of rose powder 40,extract pressure 30 MPa,extract temperature 60 ℃,extract time 60 min,separation temperature 40 ℃,separation pressure 8 MPa,the density of entrainer-alcohol 50%,the entrainer flow 15 mL/min,the dosage of alcohol was 3 mL/g.
