高职食品营养与检测专业实践教学体系的构建研究

The Research of Practical Teaching System Construction of Food Nutrition and Detection Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

实践性教学在高职教育中占有很大比例,对培养学生的动手能力至关重要。分析了高等职业食品营养与检测专业实践性教学目前存在的问题,并从实践教学方案、校内外实训基地、师资队伍建设等方面探讨了实践教学体系的构建。

Practical teaching occupies a large proportion in higher vocational education,and it is very important to train students' practical ability. The problems existing in the practical teaching of food nutrition and detection najor in higher vocational colleges was analysed in this paper. The construction of practical teaching system for this major was discussed from the aspects of practical teaching plan,training bases inside and outside schools,and the construction of teachers' team etcs.
