高效液相色谱法测定芝麻丸中芝麻素的含量

Determination of Sesamin in Sesame Pill by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

建立高效液相色谱法测定芝麻丸中芝麻素的含量。采用色谱柱AgilentZORBAXSB-C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),以体积分数80%甲醇为流动相,检测波长290nm,流速0.8mL/min,柱温25℃。结果表明,芝麻素在0.02~0.40μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(R2=0.9999),平均回收率为99.14%~100.02%,RSD均小于1.5%。该方法操作简便、灵敏度高、结果准确、稳定性好,可用于芝麻丸的质量控制与评价。

To establish a high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of sesame in sesame pills. Chromatographic column Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm),and 80% methanol as flow phase were used to detect the wavelength 290 nm,flow rate of 0.8 mL/min and column temperature 25 ℃. Sesame had a good linear relationship (R2=0.999 9)in the 0.02~0.40 μg,and the average recovery rate of 99.14%~100.02%,RSD was less than 1.5%. The method is simple in operation,high in sensitivity,accurate in results and good in stability,and can be used for quality control and evaluation of sesame pills.
