Exploration of Party Branch Leading Class Construction from the Perspective of Target Management

新时期高校推进学生党支部带动班级建设是党的基层组织发挥战斗堡垒作用的一种有益尝试。运用目标管理的理论推进高校学生党支部带动班级先进性建设,主动占领班级建设主阵地,合理设置学生党支部目标管理体系,探索适合党支部和班级共同发展的目标实施办法和评价机制,有助于加强高校学生党支部管理的时效性,促进大学生班级建设全面发展。

In the new era,class construction driven by student party branch in colleges and universities is a beneficial attempt for primary-level organizations of the Communist Party to play the role of battlewagon. The theory of management by objectives is applied to promote student party branch leading class advanced construction,to take an initiative to occupy the main ground of class construction,to set the system of management by objectives of student party branch reasonably,to explore the objective implementation method and evaluation mechanism adaptable for common development of both the party branch and class,to improve the efficiency of management of student party branch and hence faciliate the all-round development of college students.
