摘要
为保证外语教师培养质量,美国外语教育委员会与美国教师培养认证委员会共同颁布了外语教师的培养课程标准(ACTFL/CAPE标准)。几乎是在同时,国家汉办颁布了新的《国际汉语教师标准》(TCSOL标准)。对两标准的对比分析,有助于更深入地认识汉语教师应具备的知识与能力等素养,推动海内外汉语教学的交流,指导和规范汉语作为第二语言教师的培养和认证,促进汉语教师的专业发展,进一步提高海内外汉语教学质量。同时,也为审视解读《国际汉语教师标准》可能存在的不足,为未来标准的修订提供思路。此外,由于该标准为国际汉语教师考试提供了基本的考试内容框架,对于该标准的评估也在为国际汉语教师证书考试的效度验证提供了证据。
To ensure the training quality for foreign language teachers,the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages(ACTFL) and Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation(CAEP) jointly issued ACTFL/CAEP Program Standards for the Preparation of Foreign Language Teachers.At almost the same time,Hanban of China also issued the new Standards for Teachers of Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages(TCSOL Standards).Both standards describe the basic knowledge,skills and requirements that such teachers should have.The comparative analysis of the two standards has important reference significance for the establishment and implementation of the certification and quality assurance system of the teachers of Chinese to speakers of other languages,the standardization and reform of teacher training,the promotion of teacher professional development and the improvement of Chinese teaching quality.At the same time,it also provides ideas for reviewing and interpreting the possible deficiencies of Standards for Teachers of Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages and revising the standards in the future. In addition,since TCSOL Standards provides the basic framework of the examination contents for the certificate examination for teachers of Chinese language to speakers of other languages,its evaluation also provides a good foundation for the validity of the international Chinese-language teacher examination.
