摘要
选用2009-2017年军民融合上市企业面板数据,运用事后反推法测算企业产品质量,并运用系统GMM模型分析政府扶持与研发溢出对军民融合企业产品质量的影响。研究表明,军民融合企业的产品质量需进一步提升,政府扶持和物化溢出均有利于提高产品质量,但人力资本溢出不利于产品质量提升;以行业竞争压力为调节变量,发现在竞争压力较大的行业中,政府扶持对产品质量的促进作用较明显;在竞争压力较小的行业中,物化溢出显著促进产品质量提升;随着军民深度融合,行业竞争压力的调节效应明显增强,政府税收优惠更有利于产品质量的提升,物化溢出效应更为显著,但人力资本溢出效应仍不显著。
This paper selects the panel data of civil-military integration listed companies in 2009-2017, and uses the post-reverse method to measure the product quality. The system GMM model was used to analyze the influence of government support and R&D spillover on the product quality of civil-military integration enterprises. The research shows that the product quality of civil-military integration enterprises needs to be further improved. Both the government support and the spillover of materialization have a significant positive correlation with the product quality of enterprises, but the spillover of human capital has no significant effect on improving product quality. The test found that with higher competitive pressure in the industry, the government support has a more obvious promoting effect on product quality. In industries with less competitive pressure, the materialization spillover significantly promotes the improvement of product quality. With the in-depth integration of military and civilian development, the moderating effects of industry competition pressure is significantly enhanced, government tax incentives are more conducive to the improvement of product quality, and the materialization spillover effect is more significant, but the spillover effect of human capital is still not significant.
