气流分级技术在金刚石微粉生产中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 气流分级应用行业广泛,如矿物、医药食品、化工等行业。气流分级效率高,分级精度却相对不高,尤其是针对较细粒度的粉未,导致该技术在金刚石微粉分级领域推广应用缓慢。文章通过对气流分级机分级叶轮和物料分散硬件等主要部件的设计改善,调整各进风口打开比例与引风机流量间的匹配,梯次设置分级叶轮转速,能有效地将金刚石粉按粒度分级,最细可达1.5微米以下。利用多台分级机的连接布局,形成高效的金刚石粉分级系统,能快速地将400#以细粉分级成16段,成品微粉粒度分布接近水介质分级水平。该分级系统的处理能力平均每小时60kg。通过对分级结果检测分析,该气流分级系统分级金刚石微粉效果显著,分级粗粒度粉,结果可达到或接近水介质分级水平,分级较细粒度粉,虽然效果较差,但生产效率高,相对水介质分级优势非常明显。 Air classification technology has been widely applied in different industries such as mineral,medicine,food,chemical,and etc.Although with high classification efficiency,it has the feature of relatively low classification accuracy,especially for fine powder,which leads to the slow popularization and application of this technology in diamond powders classification field.In the paper,diamond powders were effectively classified by particle sizes with the minimum size of obtained powder being less than 1.5μm by improving the main components of the air flow classifier,such as the classification impeller and material separation device,adjusting the opening ratio of each air inlet to match the air flow of draft fan,and setting impeller rotation speed step by step.An efficient diamond powders grading system was formed by connecting several Optimized air flow classifiers,which quickly classified the powders of which sizes were less than 400# into 16 sections,and the accuracy of particle size distribution was close to the one of aqueous medium grading.The average capacity of the system reached 60 kilograms per hour.The study indicated that the system had obvious advantages over the aqueous medium grading for the classification performance of this system was equal to or close to the one of aqueous medium grading for coarse particles while the one for fine particles was not good enough but with higher production efficiency.
