应用常规控制图原理对金刚石绳锯自动冷压串珠重量控制研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着技术的进步,自动冷压己逐步成为金刚石绳锯串珠冷压的主要生产方式。应用常规控制图原理对自动冷压串珠重量进行控制,普通操作员工或管理人员根据重量平均值控制图异常变化模式可分析出导致串珠冷压坯重量失控的原因并加以消除。引起串珠冷压坯重量失控的主要因素有串珠基体重量超差、冷压模具磨损、将不同机器抽取的串珠冷压坯重量点绘在同一张控制图上、不同批次粉料及测量工具的影响等,其中以串珠基体重量超差出现的机率最高,其次是冷压模具磨损,其它几种因素出现的机率较少。 With the advancement of technology,automatic cold pressing has gradually become the main production mode of diamond wire saw bead cold pressing.In this paper,the principle of the Shewhart control chart was used to control the weight of the automatic cold-pressed bead.The ordinary operation staff or management personnel could analyze the abnormal change mode of the weight according to the weight average to analyze the cause of the loss of the weight of the bead cold compact and eliminate it.The main factors causing the weight loss of the pressed mixture were the inaccurate weight of the steel body,the wear of the cold-press mold,the weight of the pressed mixtures from different machines drawn on the same control chart,the influence of different batches of powder and measuring tools,etc.Among them,the probability of excessive weight of bead matrix was the highest,the one of the wear of the cold-press mold followed,and the others are less.
