亚温淬火温度对27CrMo钢组织和性能的影响

摘要 研究了亚温淬火温度对27CrMo钢力学性能的影响,并讨论了亚温淬火后27CrMo钢显微组织转变的特点。试验结果表明,27CrMo钢随着亚温淬火温度的升高,屈服强度、抗拉强度和硬度逐渐升高,但是伸长率和冲击功逐渐降低,亚温淬火温度在Ac3附近830℃时综合力学性能最佳。随着亚温淬火温度的升高,27CrMo钢中的铁素体含量逐步减少,铁素体形态也在发生变化,由大块状转变为细小针状,组织变得更细小并均匀分布,因此27CrMo钢的力学性能得到显著提高。 The influence of sub-temperature quenching temperature on mechanical properties of 27CrMo steel has been studied in the text.The the characteristic of microstructure transformation of 27CrMo steel after sub-temperature quenching process has been discussed.The test results show that the yield strength,tensile strength and hardness of 27CrMo steel gradually increase with the increase of sub-temperature quenching temperature,but the elongation and impact energy gradually reduce.The comprehensive mechanical properties of 27CrMo steel are the best when the sub-temperature quenching temperature is 830℃near Ac3.With the increase of sub-temperature quenching temperature,the ferrite content in 27CrMo steel gradually decreases,and the ferrite morphology also changes from large massive to fine needle shape,while the microstructure becomes finer and uniform distribution.So the mechanical properties of 27CrMo steel have been significantly improved.
