船舶铸钢尾轴架外形设计与技术要求

摘要 针对船舶尾轴架的受力特点及其外形对船舶阻力的影响,流线型的设计可以提高铸钢尾轴架的强度,降低其对船舶产生的阻力。文中结合实例,提供了流线型铸钢尾轴架的一种设计方案,并阐述船用铸钢件的化学成分、热处理方式、力学性能、质量检测方法和缺陷处理方法。 Aiming at the stress characteristics of the marine propeller shaft bracket as well as the influence of its shape on ship resistance,the streamlined design can improve the strength of the bracket and reduce the ship resistance.In combination with example in the text,a kind of design proposal for streamlined propeller shaft bracket has been provided.The chemical composition,heat treatment method,mechanical properties,quality inspection method and defect treatment method have been elaborated.
