摘要
介绍了轨道交通铸钢件的表面质量要求,重点阐述了铬铁矿砂、碱酚醛树脂、酚脲烷自硬树脂砂、覆膜砂等不同工艺方案的试验过程及结果对比,确定提升铸件表面质量的工艺方案,并进行推广使用。
The surface quality of cast steel parts for railway has been introduced in the text.The experiment processes and results of different process methods have been mainly studied,including chromite sand,alkaline phenolic resin sand,phenolic urethane resin sand and resin coated sand.The process proposal of improving the surface quality of the castings has been determined and promoted into application.
