DF4B及DF4C型机车的传动轴在实际使用过程中经常出现裂损现象,对传动轴结构及工况进行了分析,找到传动轴裂损原因,提出整改建议及措施,以提高传动轴使用寿命。

There is a problem that the cracking phenomena happen on the drive shafts of DF4B and DF4C locomotives when they are actually used.It makes analysis of the transmission shaft structure and working conditions.The causes of the transmission shaft cracking were found.In this paper,the suggestions and measures for rectification were proposed to extend transmission shaft’s life.
