甲硝唑与阿莫西林联合应用治疗牙周炎的效果及有效率分析

Effect and efficiency of treatment of periodontitis combined metronidazole and amoxicillin

分析联合应用甲硝唑与阿莫西林治疗牙周炎的效果及有效率。选择2018年1月-9月在长春中医药大学附属医院就诊的60例牙周炎患者,按照治疗方式的不同将患者分为实验组、对照组各30例。用阿莫西林治疗牙周炎的患者为对照组,在使用阿莫西林的基础上运用甲硝唑治疗的为实验组。比较两组治疗有效率、临床指标(牙龈指数、探诊深度)。治疗后,实验组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,牙龈指数与探诊深度低于对照组(P<0.05)。甲硝唑与阿莫西林联合治疗,能够有效提升牙周炎的治疗效果,缓解患者的病情。

To analyze the efficacy and efficiency of metronidazole combined with amoxicillin in the treatment of periodontitis.60 patients with periodontitis who were treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to September 2018 were divided into experimental group and control group according to different treatment methods.Patients with periodontitis were treated with amoxicillin as the control group,while patients with periodontitis were treated with metronidazole on the basis of amoxicillin as the experimental group.The treatment efficiency and clinical indicators(gingival index,depth of exploration)were compared between the two groups.After treatment,the treatment efficiency of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the gingival index and the depth of exploration were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The combination of metronidazole and amoxicillin can effectively improve the treatment effect of periodontitis and alleviate the patient’s condition.
