摘要
为满足档案管理的电子文件归档需求,对数字化档案馆的实现路径进行研究。在分析用户对电子档案管理系统功能需求和电子档案管理系统优势的基础上,完成了档案管理系统总体架构的构建。详细阐述了登录、数据录入、权限设置、查询检索、档案统计等模块的功能,实现了数据库及核心软件代码的设计,以期确保该系统能够稳定高效运行,为完善电子档案管理系统提供依据。
In order to meet the needs of electronic file filing in archives management,the realization path of digital archives is studied.Based on the analysis of users’functional requirements and advantages of the electronic archives management system,the overall architecture of the archives management system is completed.The functions of login,data entry,permission setting,query and retrieval,archives statistics and other modules are elaborated in detail.The design of database and core software code is realized so as to ensure the stable and efficient operation of the system and provide a basis for improving the electronic archives management system.
