自我效能和心理阻隔的交互路径对高职院校的影响——以高职院校大学生职业生涯发展规划为例

摘要 介绍了自我效能和心理阻隔的交互路径对高职院校大学生职业生涯发展规划的影响。自我效能与心理阻隔的交互路径机制共有4种,即高自我效能与高心理阻隔路径。高职院校的学生在职业生涯发展中会存在"不专多能、规行不一、理践脱节"等问题。高自我效能与低心理阻隔路径,这样的学生最容易在职业生涯发展规划中取得成功,他们能准确选择方向,科学制订一系列的目标与规划,并在结合理论知识的基础上付诸行动,具有"完美实现"的路径特点。低自我效能与高心理阻隔路径,他们将是最难实现职业生涯发展目标的一类学生,是高职院校需要重点关注的群体。低自我效能与低心理阻隔路径,这类高职院校的学生在职业生涯发展过程中会呈现出"意做双向"的路径特点。高职院校各类自我效能与心理阻隔的交互路径应该向高自我效能与低心理阻隔的方向转变,这对实现学生的职业生涯发展目标具有重要的积极作用。 This paper introduces the influence of the interaction path of self-efficacy and psychological barrier on the career development planning of higher vocational college students.There are four kinds of interaction path mechanism between self-efficacy and psychological barrier,such as high self-efficacy and high psychological barrier path.Students in higher vocational colleges will have "non-specialty and multi-ability" in their career development.Students with high self-efficacy and low psychological barrier are most likely to succeed in career development planning.They can accurately choose the direction,scientifically formulate a series of goals and plans,and put them into action on the basis of combining theoretical knowledge.The path characteristics of "now";the path of low self-efficacy and high psychological barrier,they will be the most difficult to achieve career development goals of a group of students,vocational colleges need to focus on the group;low self-efficacy and low psychological barrier path,such vocational college students in the process of career development will show "intention to do".The interaction path between self-efficacy and psychological barrier in higher vocational colleges should be changed to the direction of high self-efficacy and low psychological barrier,which has an important positive role in realizing students' career development goals.
