摘要
介绍了武术散打教学中常见的损伤部位,如头面部损伤、膝关节损伤、手腕与裸关节损伤、小腿损伤。分析了武术散打教学中出现运动损伤的原因,如学生身体素质差、未做好课前准备工作、缺乏安全防护意识。提出了常见运动损伤的预防措施,即加强身体素质训练,增强安全防范意识,规范训练动作,以期有效降低运动损伤率,保障学生身体健康,促进武术散打教学活动顺利开展。
This paper introduces the common injuries in Wushu Sanda teaching,such as head and face injuries,knee joint injuries,wrist and bare joint injuries,leg injuries.It analyses the causes of sports injury in Wushu Sanda teaching,such as poor physical fitness of students,lack of pre-class preparation,and lack of awareness of safety protection.The preventive measures of common sports injuries are put forward,such as strengthening physical quality training,enhancing safety awareness and standardizing training actions,in order to effectively reduce the rate of sports injuries,and promote the smooth development of Wushu Sanda teaching activities.
