危机管理理论下的高校辅导员学生工作探究

对危机管理理论的实际应用思想和我国高校中常见的危机问题进行了分析,阐述了高校辅导员在学生工作方面的危机管理方式,主要包括危机发生之前的常见异常行为及管理方式、危机发生之时的常见问题及管理方式、危机发生之后的常见事态及管理方式,提出高校辅导员在利用危机管理理论进行实践的同时,也需要针对学生的实际情况调整管理方案,加强对学生的价值观念教育,加强其危机保护意识,提升其应对能力。

This paper analyses the practical application of crisis management theory and the common crisis problems,and expounds the crisis management methods of college counselors in students' work,mainly including the common abnormal behaviors and management methods before the crisis,the common problems and management methods at the time of the crisis,and the emergence of the crisis.Common affairs and management methods after birth,college counselors use the theory of crisis management to practice,but also need to adjust the management plan according to the actual situation of students,strengthen the education of students' values,strengthen their awareness of crisis protection,and enhance their coping ability.
