创新创业背景下大学生人才培养策略

The training strategy of college students’ talents under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship

创新创业背景下高校教育存在很多问题,如:创新创业教育主体不明确,尚未形成多方合力;校企合作机制不畅通,创新创业项目成功率低;外部保障体系不健全,创新创业环境亟待改善。介绍了创新创业背景下大学生人才培养的策略,如:将全面培养和重点培养相结合,致力培养创新型人才;搭建实践孵化平台,激发学生的创新创业能力;以扎根基层为目标,全面培养"落地型"人才。

Under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship,there are many problems in university education,such as the main body of innovation and entrepreneurship education is not clear,and there is no multi-party cooperation;the mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation is not smooth,the success rate of innovation and entrepreneurship projects is low;the external security system is not perfect,and the environment of innovation and entrepreneurship needs to be improved urgently.This paper introduces the training strategies of college students under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship,such as combining comprehensive training with key training,striving to cultivate innovative talents;building a practical incubation platform to stimulate students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability;taking root at the grass-roots level as the goal,cultivating "landing" talents in an all-round way.
