分析财务档案管理的的重要作用,研究了其中存在的问题,如管理制度不完善、信息化程度不高、管理人员综合素质不高等。提出优化事业单位财务档案管理的措施,如完善管理制度、更新信息管理设备、加强网络安全管理、提升管理人员素质,以期提升事业单位对财务档案管理的重视程度,以信息技术为依托,提升管理效率和质量,为事业单位的稳定、健康发展夯实基础。

This paper analyses the important role of financial archives management,and studies the existing problems,such as imperfect management system,low level of informatization and low comprehensive quality of managers.It also puts forward measures to optimize financial archives management in public institutions,such as improving management system,updating information management equipment,strengthening network security,and improving the quality of managers,in order to enhance the attention of institutions to the management of financial records,relying on information technology,improve the efficiency and quality of management,and lay a solid foundation for the stable and healthy development of institutions.
