摘要
从企业人力资源管理工作实际出发,分析了激励机制建设在企业进行人力资源管理工作的功能,提供了构建企业多样化的人力资源激励机制,建立宜于人力资源管理的企业文化平台,健全企业人力资源管理的薪酬激励制度,完善企业人力资源管理的绩效考评机制等措施和方法。
Based on the reality of human resource management in enterprises,this paper analyses the functions of incentive mechanism construction in human resource management in enterprises,provides incentive mechanism for building diversified human resource management in enterprises,establishes enterprise culture platform suitable for human resource management,and improves incentive mechanism for human resource management in enterprises,and improves the performance appraisal mechanism of human resource management in enterprises.
